| DNS | i RENALA provides its members with domain names in “.edu.mg” format on request. i RENALA can also handle the domain name of member institutions (univ-xxx.mg). |
| Cache DNS (resolver) |
This service was made available in order to accelerate the access to Internet at the level of the member institutions. Indeed, the fact of having a DNS cache server locally on the network i RENALA keeps the DNS requests internally instead of going out of the network, which improves the speed of opening web pages. |
