The Administrative and Technical Council (ATC) of the Association is composed of six members: a President, a Treasurer, a Secretary and three Councilors. They come from the members of the association and are chosen among teachers, researchers, engineers or technicians with recognized skills and experience in the field of ICT and presented by at least two founding members.

The members of the Administrative and Technical Council are appointed by the members of the Association for a period of 3 years renewable once.

A member of the Association may be represented on the Administrative and Technical Council by only one person.

One third of the members of the Administrative and Technical Council shall berenewed every two years according to the following circular list composed of the following third parties: the first third, the President and a Councilor; the second third, the Treasurer and a Councilor; the third third, the Secretary and a Councilor. For the first renewal, a random draw will be conducted for the allocation of Councilors in the thirds of the list.

Voting and appointment procedures are specified in the Rules of Procedure.
