Scholarship Program for Undergraduate and Master’s Studies and Doctoral Courses at Various Indian Universities Offered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) for the 2026-2027 Academic Year
I am pleased to inform you that the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is offering 45 scholarships for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at various universities in India under the “India-Africa Master Scholarship Scheme.”
Information and application requirements for this program are available on the A2A Scholarship Portal: http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in.
Scholarship applications must be submitted online via the aforementioned website no later than April 15, 2026.
To be eligible, interested candidates must:
- have a good command of English, as the language of instruction at all Indian universities will be English;
- be between 18 and 40 years of age for undergraduate and postgraduate programs (minimum age 18 by July 1, 2026), and be no more than 50 years of age for doctoral programs;
It should be noted that the Government of India will provide round-trip economy airfare, a living allowance, a housing allowance, tuition fees, and other related expenses during the course of study.
